Our line up of plug-and-play ready enclosures empowers customer support by simplifying installation at the end-users location. Both the PR1500 and PR2300 SOHO Pro™ Media Panels are able to sit directly on a floor or against a wall for low-profile and easy placement in a closet or under a desk. 

Integrators and service providers are able to quickly deploy installations to the end-users residence, reducing truck rolls while following recommended social distancing guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The enclosures are pre-loaded by the installers with their own selection of smart home and/or broadband components to customize the service. Once the enclosure is dropped at the end-users residence, the homeowner removes it from its packaging and safely places it in the desired area of the home (near a power outlet and fiber or Category cable outlet). The majority of installations require only two cables to plug in. The installer can support the customer through the entire process via video conferencing to get them up and running quickly.

For the installer, pre-loading the enclosure saves time and can be done back at the office. Primex offers a range of mounting options such as the Rail Mounting and Universal Mounting Systems which makes component installation simple. The keystone adapters with couplers allow the quick connectivity at the installation point. For the homeowner, they receive the service, support and safety they desire.
